ABOUT YVONNE

Never one to turn down a challenge, 29 year old Invernesian Yvonne Marrs thrives on all manner of life interests.

She is an avid reader of Colin Dexter (Inspector Morse series), Terry Pratchett (Discworld series), Lilian Jackson Braun (The Cat Who.. series) and Alexander McCall Smith (The Ladies No1 Detective Agency series).
Plus anything else that happens to catch her eye…

Having developed a love for jazz music, she specifically idolizes Dave Koz, The Sax Pack, David Sanborn and Candy Dulfer.

However, it hasn’t all been rosy for Yvonne; she has a category of personal disasters – namingly a twisted pelvis and spine, wrecked ankle ligaments, problems in both ankle cartilages which mean she has to drive automatics, and a permanent form of labyrinthitis. After an operation to correct De Quervains Syndrome and a diagnosis of the eye condition Pigmentary Dispersion Syndrome, Yvonne feels like a wreck!

Yvonne admits to having a soft spot for Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, QI and Top Gear; new jazz groups; orchids and Radley bags.
